Located inside Green Valley Ranch resort. Got a sandwich here at the beginning of my trip and it was amazing! Ordered the classic cheesesteak with hot peppers. Fresh and cooked to order. The server, Timothy, remembered me from Sunday. Talk about excellent customer service! The food court has a few choices but I'd choose this restaurant over the others. Food court is located on the casino level near the Kid's Quest. Well lit and easy to find.If you're looking for something quick and of quality, choose Capriotti's. They also participate in GrubHub.

Within minutes of sharing my experience from Monday, Feb. 26th, I received a phone call from the GVR location manager, Robert. He apologized for not getting back to me sooner and for all of the other issues I encountered. He further explained that the lady I spoke to that day was not his Asst. Mgr., but rather a shift lead, which explains why she didn't understand how to do the refund. He completed my refund at that time (thank you!) and offered to make us a free medium sub (thank you again!) with the newly replenished Impossible Meat. I'm happy to report that we enjoyed an especially delicious Impossible Cheesesteak from them later that day. Thank you!
Based on the reviews I was a little daunted but I wanted something in the resort to eat by the pool. I opted for the $19.99 large Italian with taken with a grain of salt is reasonably priced for location, location, location. When I first got there the 2 employees were assembling other orders and I stood there for about a minute+ before they said, "be with you in a minute." Might be the reviews on the lack of customer service...but I wasn't irked. The order was quick, the toppings were decent, the bread was chewy and soft, and you can't beat the convenience. I have no qualms. Definitely would be back.
